All pre-paid/advanced purchase bookings are non-refundable and billed on the booking day.
Our Room Only policy has free cancellation up to 14 days prior to check in, if written cancellation is not received 14 days prior to check in the full price of the booking will be charged. Bookings are non transferable and date change requests will not be accepted.

Accommodation Payment Options We accept bank transfer as a method of payment for Accommodation Bookings, please email thelombardreservations@gmail.com for information on how to pay for your booking via Bank Transfer & IBAN details. Large Credit card bookings may incur an additional fee.
Please note the property will not accept responsibility for any damage or loss of items while storing luggage. Storage facilities will open at 12 o clock midday and close at 11.00 pm each day.
