All pre-paid/advanced purchase bookings are non-refundable and billed on the booking day.
Our Room Only policy has free cancellation up to 14 days prior to check in, if written cancellation is not received 14 days prior to check in the full price of the booking will be charged. Bookings are non transferable and date change requests will not be accepted.
